Ed came to New York as Director of Missions for Southern Tier Baptist Association (STBA) in June 1996. He became Director of Missions for Central New York Baptist Association (CNYBA) when the Baptist Convention of New York (BCNY) associations were realigned in 2000 and STBA became part of the new Central New York Baptist Association. Prior to that he pastored Baptist churches for 32+ years, including an 8 year assignment planting churches in northern Minnesota.
